INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I have no control over international shipping delivery times.

*International shipping takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on Customs.

Each country's customs are different.

I cannot be held responsible for any Customs Fees your country will charge when the package enters your country. The customer is responsible for any Customs Fees.

I am not responsible for lost packages, once it leaves my hands at shipping time...I have no control over it anymore.

 

TOOL ORDERS- All sandrasirles.com products are made to order. Most orders ship within 2-1/2 weeks. BUT mishaps happen so please allow up to 4 weeks for fabrication before panic sets in.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. SALES TAX

sandrasirles.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

 

Virginia Residents must pay 5.3% sales tax on all purchases. Out of state orders are not subject to sales tax.
