ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE ORDER WISELY!
If you have problems or concerns with a purchase, please let us know by email. We will do our best to be sure you are satisfied or will refund you for your purchase upon return of the product within 20 days of purchase. (minus shipping, PayPal fees and 30% re-stocking fee)
We will only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear; items used outside of their intended use and our recommended guidelines are not refundable (see product descriptions for more information).
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, PAIRING OF THE ARTISTS BOX, MONTHLY BOX OR BOXES OF ANY KIND.
If a product arrives and you decide you do not want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
If a product is defective, we will send a replacement part for free upon return of the product.
